A: Why the Purpose of Knowledge is not Knowing

Q: Who inspires you and in what way?
A: The philosopher Rav Shagar – because he integrated traditional learning with Chasidic thought and was not afraid to be daring.

Q: What are the greatest opportunities that exist for your community?
A: Because of the tremendous warmth of my community we will engage in meaningful cooperation with other communities.

Q: What do you do to relax? How do you like to spend your downtime?
A: Reading books, learning Rebbe Nachman stories.

Q: What are the challenges you face on your journey to achieving your professional goals?
A: Internal work, to bring the presence of God into every day and every choice. 

Q: What are your dreams for your community?
A: That our prayers together will have meaning and intention that will give strength and spirit to all we do in life – faith, the observance of Halacha, and chesed.
