A: To succeed in providing – within the city – the possibility of a life that pays attention to people, to what it means to belong to Israeli society and to take responsibility for the Jewish tradition

Q: What are the challenges you face on your journey to achieving your professional goals?

A: Managing the fatigue and burdens of life in Israel, as well as of the consumer culture that has permeated the realms of community and spirit.

Q: What are the greatest opportunities that exist for your community?

A: To be a unique, non-sectarian synagogue for the whole of Israel, and to renew the image of a ‘synagogue community’ in Israel.
