Q: What are your dreams for your community?

A:  For everyone to have a place where they can find themselves in the Jewish world, and find a meaningful connection point on a daily basis.

Q: What are the challenges you face on your journey to achieving your professional goals?

A:   Challenges in harnessing a team to ensure we do not work as individuals.  And above all, making sure we listen to the variety of communal voices.

Q: What are the greatest opportunities that exist for your community?

A:  Life cycle ceremonies and general opportunities to get to know the “other” in our dynamic world.

Q: What is your source of strength as a community rabbi?

A: Feeling blessed that I am able to fill in what is missing and appreciate that I am needed.
